Gold and Silver Buyer in Fort Worth

I posted a long detailed review on Yelp. I had a little suitcase full of coins that I have thought about selling for a year. I finally did a little research and realized none were rare but had melt value. I also had a pair of 22k Lagos earrings I have worn 10 or so times in the past 20 years. By the grace of God I found Bret. I really did not want to go to a Dallas gold and silver type situation...I had so much and I did not feel like they would look at everything and a suitcase full of coins on a glass counter in a large retail space makes me nervous as anyone can see what you have and what you are walking out with. I googled and read reviews for many coin dealers and metals buyers. After reading Brets reviews I called to make an appointment. We meet in a professional building. Very private, very professional. Bret met me in the reception area. The level of professionalism & customer service, was above and beyond (I am a customer service freak...so I think everyone who meets him will agree) The process was wonderful, felt like I had known him forever...we talked about the coins, gold, and our families. Great sense of humor and just a great person. I knew enough to sort of know what I had - and what I can say from my little bit of knowledge is he is an expert. His buying numbers were spot on too. I will never sell to anyone. I will not buy without calling him...even if I have a question about jewelry, precious stones and metals - he will be the go to! So much integrity. After you finish this sentence just stop and call Bret. You will have a fabulous experience and you will leave his office as his friend.

I was in need of a little extra cash for an unexpected car repair and had a gold coin available fo sell. I looked up options through google and came across a review where another person had a great experience selling their gold coin. I made an appointment online and within about 5 mins I got a call. They confirmed my appointment and then asked if it was okay to meet at their Addison location due to it being the weekend. He was punctual and friendly. He quickly looked at the coin, checked the current value and gave me a very good offer (which of course I accepted). Within about 10 mins I was out the door! Friendly and quick service.
